BSOD in Windows 8.1

Hello LTT

Today i got a BSOD twice

The error was : ATEMPTED EXECUTE OF  NOEXECUTE MEMORY

did you get that from windows admin logs in event viewer?

I counldn't get a screenshot. but the error was posted during the bsod

what spec of the PC you got?

 

did you have any external devices plugged?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

What were you doing before the BSOD?

I left my laptop idle cause i was having lunch

check what the power settings is suppose to do

 

make sure it not sleep

 

just set it to turn off display

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

PST: I installed a new ssd in my laptop, replacing the old one (going to be installed in another laptop) and did a clean windows installation

try to do a MemTest

 

otherwise update all your hardware drivers
