Can you change the Logitech g502 lighting

Alright. I have searched everywhere for a Totourial and I haven't found anything on this. If you have used the g502 before with the software, you would have noticed the dpi lighting changes to green when you tune the mouse to your mouse pad. I was wondering if a good coder has learnt to code the driver to make that green permanent. There is probably a way because you activate the lighting from the driver and the green is also activated from it so if you could find a way to make that green perminent that would be great.

This is for all good coders

I've never seen green on my G502...?

When you are trying to calibrate your G502 to a mousepad, the dpi light bar things turns green, the dpi light bar thing can also turn dark blue when you change your profile. That's all the different colors I've observed so far

Another thread necromancer coming through!

The G502 is amazing but it's blue lighting is the only thing about it that's bothering me since it turns on whenever it switches profiles. So of course I too am looking for a solution. So far I've found a hardware solution ( http://www.instructables.com/id/Change-led-color-on-the-Logitech-G502/?ALLSTEPS ) but if this could be done in software it would be ideal. Even if software could only work with gb instead of rgb it would still be better than a blinding blue colour.

I'll see what I can do editing the files that @Ethaldin suggested but considering how little time I have I probably won't post viable results in quite a while.

EDIT:

After a bit of looking into the subject I've found out that you probably need to edit the mouse's firmware. Unfortunately I can't read hex and trial and error would not only take a very long time, but could also screw something up. If someone wants to play around with it, you can find it in the exe in this folder: C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\FWUpdate\G502
