"attack ads" on apple from other companies

I am kind of getting tired of Samsung and Microsoft creating attack ads on apple sure it was clever the first few times but now its just getting annoying and there not even talking about there own products anymore. I am an Apple and Microsoft user. Personally i like apples laptops and i like to build my own pc that run windows but in terms of ads apple is a bigger company in my opinion. anyone want to put in there opinions?

apple did it first i believe with the "macs don't get viruses" commercial comparing it to a pc.

 

not only was it the first attack ad, it was also not true. that being said, i havent seen much of the anti apple ones, but the first few i saw where funny. it would be annoying if that was their ONLY advertising though.

Microsoft like to compare to apple because everyone knows apple.

 

Their SP3 was compared to the Macbook Air

Their Lumia phones & Cortana, to Siri

Their Smartband to the 'iWatch'

 

 

It's how it goes.

 

tbh, Cortana beats Siri but the Macbook air is way better than the Surface Pro 3.

I've grown tired of the attack ads as well. I mean the things samsung advertise about their products in these ads are things I have seen a palm pilot do back 15 years ago.

now that you mention it i do remember a few of those but i think these are getting out of hand its basically every company vs apple 

 

i just saw one on tv of the surface pro 3 vs macbook air and from a specs and usability mac wipes the floor with them

Cortana is great. Used in on my friends phone. Turns out it isn't the complete pleb that Siri can be. And the Surface is pretty mediocre. Hybrid pooptops and tablets aren't great.

Why wouldn't it be every company vs apple? Apple makes so much money no matter what product they release. They're margins are crazy too.

Why doesn't Microsoft produce ads against Samsung or many other company same with Samsung and other android companies

I thought you wanted a reason for every other company vs Apple. Same thing sorta applies. The bigger target for the ad is the bigger competitor.
