Neither personally, I would rather spend a little bit more and get the crucial mx100

EDIT: they are only $72 for the mx100 - one of the best SSDs IMO

The Crucial. I have been told that Kingston SSD's aren't as reliable, but don't quote me on that.

The MX100 128GB is priced at $79.5 here. And it has the same price as the SANDISK ULTRA II 120GB

I wouldn't go Kingston for one simple reason: They cheated with the reviews with that SSD.

The first ones they sent out for reviewers got great reviews. Then when they released to consumers they quietly switched out the NAND with a slower and less reliable one. This alone is enough for me to never get Kingston anything again.

PNY did the same but their new NAND was either as fast or faster. Still without telling anyone though.

Well if you can afford the extra I would get the mx100

If not then the m500 is ok, but its not the fastest SSD
