New Egg Problems

So Since there are a lot of mixed reviews I think that I will order my 16gb of ram from new egg. If this goes well without a problem then I can sort of trust them however if there is a problem and new egg refuses to cooperate then I will NEVER ever buy from new egg again and I will spread the word so that people are not stuck with a shitty ass companies that refuse to take responsibility for their bad parts because when you buy something online and you pay good money for it you should get exactly what you asked for and if there is a problem then they have to fix it because they are the one that is selling these parts that are not working. Once I have ordered my ram and seen that it works or does not work I will make a second post Titled "New egg Good" or "New egg Shit" talking about the experience with new egg.

I hear about all these problems with newegg but I've never had a problem. I did just order a motherboard from them so we will see.

Expect it to be a SLOOOOW shipment. They send RAM via FedEx SmartPost or UPS SurePost, and both are awful. It took me 8 days to get my stick of RAM when bigger items like my video card were shipped UPS Ground in 3 days.

I mean that sucks but this guy is just a huge bag of hot air. Phone them up and get a replacement. Did he really need a 10minute video about it?

 

Yes he did, he saw another couple thousand views in it for himself.  A chance to fluff up his feathers again.

Last year I ordered most of my parts for my computer from Newegg, I didn't have any problem at all.

This guy seems like quite the blowhard.   Calling it a Scam.  Saying to call the government.   In my experience people who make videos like this are leaving out a lot of critical information.

Did you miss me Well as of 10:58 Pm CareyHolzman the owner of the last video that I posted to these forums has uploaded a new video to his channel.

 

Now this video has got me thinking does it really take someone with a voutube account that has good amount of subs for the vice pres to notice this problem. I mean Shouldn't the vice pres have knowledge that this stuff is happening or do they not receive reports of problems from new egg. I feel like if Carey didn't have the subs he has and the small power he has to influence people decisions from were to buy he would be just another angry customer that will not get what he wanted and he will never buy from new egg again. What would happen if Carey never made this video? The New egg customer support would be terrible people wouldn't get the JUSTICE that they deserve and everyone would be angry. Does it really take this kind of an influential person to get the message across to the people of power in big name companies. I bet you if Pewdipie was building a computer *laughs* and he got a bad part or a used part when he was supposed to get a brand new part if he made a video about it and posted it I bet within 24h of the video being uploaded the president of the company that pewdipie bought from would be on the line calling him as saying sorry and trying to get him to forgive his company for the mistake that he has made. Not really, since I like to have personal experience with stores, but with the recent video Carey made it just reassures why I don't buy from Newegg(Since they have been pulled stuff like this for years). I've had plenty of experience with Newegg, some good, a lot bad, but its been a while since I've bought from them, however his video is enough for me to stay away from Newegg.

lol Is it me or does everyone just want to punch this guy in the face. I bet Newegg fed this guy a load of crap to make him feel better. On top of that he is the one who mail the part to his customer not Newegg so basically he did the same thing Newegg did. Also NewEgg send broken crap all the time. I have had several items mainly Open box items like motherboard and PSU's that come in with bent pin and missing parts. At the end of the day Newegg is a massive company with thousands of more then likely under payed workers that could care less about the items they ship out and more about how fast they can ship them out.

 

But at the end of the day ill still buy form them because they have good deals and anything that I have recieved with an issue they have allowed me to return with out hassle.
