i7 3770, generic OEM DDR3 2x4GB, FD Focus G. About 70 max.

If it's cheaper and easier to get the rgb aesthetic with a single fan, Hyper 212 BE is also good: https://www.alternate.nl/Cooler-Master/Hyper-212-Black-Edition-cpu-koeler/html/product/1479192?lk=9344

Good evening! I was wondering what would be a good, neutral looking CPU cooler? I was looking at the Dark Rock 4, is that okay for RGB? I am planning on investing in the Corsair iCUE ecosystem. Maybe you know another good CPU cooler? Thanks in advance!

Yeah I was looking at those too, very nice, but probably out of my budget. I was thinking more 50-70€. The H100i Platinum RGB is 120€, btw. So might be doable, but I’m trying to keep it semi-budget.

Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi is a fantastic air cooler that looks just as good as it performs, but it uses NZXT Cam for its lighting instead of the Corsair iCUE that you're looking for.

I could deal with that. Instead fo the rainbow puke Cooler Master MA410M. I’d be very willing to do CAM if NZXTs fans weren’t so terrible. Or do any other manufacturers use it?

It doesn’t have to be RGB, I just want it to look good with RGB case fans. I’ll take it into consideration!

This is definatly not the cooler your looking for.... but you can always buy the cooler you want then add the RGB fans of your choice....

This is a Hyper 212 that i painted black and added some LL-120 P/P too

Some of the Jonsbo coolers look pretty "cool" too some really nice RGB effects

That looks really nice. Was the cooling performance affected?

Cheers m8 ty

That's a custom case mod build in progress :)  i havent stressed it yet but it's running cooler than stock fans  around 2-4 degrees at idle.

The cool thing about the Corsair's is they are fully controllable thru iCue :)  I think it's something we will see makers start to do very soon!

You’ll have to tell me the thermals after you’ve done some testing. I could get a Gelid Phantom as that’s already black and a fan to that.
