Good 600W PSU for around $150CAD?

Hello,

For those of you not yet aware, lately my computer especially after having a new i7 installed has been "crashing" on me around once a day while gaming (more accurately freezing and a buzzing sound coming from the speakers).

I've ran two memory diagnostic tools and my RAM is okay,
I've ran a hard disk utility both my drives are 100% healthy,
My GPU never goes above 68C in temp, even running when running a stress test like furmax,
running prime 95, a couple processor cores do get to 86C max temp, but I never had a "crash" with prime 95.
I experienced a "crash" during the mafia 3 demo when MSI afterburner was only showing GPU:46C and CPU:68C.
I think I can eliminated ram issues, hard drisk issues, and overheating GPU or CPU.

I have the same issue as the guy in this video:
 

he says he fixed it by replacing his PSU. In the comments people are recommending to turn the processor max state to 80% and it works for a lot of people, after I did it, I never had the issue again.

I took a look at the PSU tier list, and my PSU is most likely the culprit then, because it is a 600W EVGA 80plus bronze , and "430W/500W/600W 80 PLUS " are in Tier 6 on the list.

So as I just said, I think I do need to replace my PSU with a better quality one. here's a photo of the graph that comes on the box:



This cost me about $59.99 Canadian, I am expanding my budget to a maximum of up to around $150 Canadian, so I can hopefully find a good quality 600W/650W whatever PSU in that price range.

I took a look at some of the PSUs in tier 3 on the list, but I either can't find them on newegg or they cost too much. So please give me your recommendations.

Lastly, my case mounts the PSU at the top but there is no ventilation on the top of the case for the PSU fan, should I try drilling a grid of holes in at the top of my case over where the PSU mounts first, and see if that helps, before buying another PSU?

Get a Corsair RMx series PSU

Didn't read everything but this is a lot cheaper than $150cad and is basically one of the best 650W 80+ Gold PSU's on the market.

Alternatively, you could look at SeaSonic Focus Gold, and Corsair RMx PSU's, they are all Tier 1 PSU's and are super solid.

Could be anything really. Drivers or software. It could also be the motherboard. You could start by swapping the PSU but I'm thinking the culprit is something else.

Second that. Just got a RM850x to go with my new computer and it's a lot stronger than my budget rosewill was. No problem with over clocking my ryzen 2700X and RTX 2070.

gtx 1060 6gb, i7-4790k, 2 hard drives, 1 optical drive, 1 fan, 1 cpu cooler, budget 1080p gaming PC I guess.
