What OBS SETTINGS should I Use For My LAPTOP!

I wanted to record clips using OBS but I don't know what settings to use. I only have an i3-4005U so what settings should I use so my videos won't lag?

480p30 and 1000kbps bitrate maybe. You need cores for recording. Just going from dual to quad is notable jump.

What are you recording? Id use quicksync here. There isn't much you can do, that cpu is pretty slow and the gpu is slow too.
