Brand New TV Video Playback Deteriorating

Just bought a brand new 40” Westinghouse Smart TV 1080p from the store a week ago and as of a few days ago it has started doing stuff like this during video playback and through hdmi from my computer. The only way I’ve been able to solve this is to go to settings every time and restore default. I don’t know why it’s doing this, would like to know if anyone else knows. I’m also pretty sure it’s not the screen but the software because the smart tv overlay goes right over the green glitchy bs.

first swap out for a new hdmi cable to check that......might want to hook to a monitor or other tv to make sure it is the video card....uninstall the run ddu then reinstall video drivers. last i would test the video card just maybe its going bad.

As above mentioned, swap cables, also update your gpu. That's first option.
