The cheapest, cause they all will perform exceptionally well.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Go for the cheapest since Nvidia stopped all aib partners from overclocking the cards but

My choices are:

Asus

EVGA

Gigabyte

MSI

Best Value Build List

Budget 1080p System (RGB) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7v2Lmq - (this build comes with two free games with the RX 570)

is the dual better than last gen (10 series)? And I've heared some big complaints about ASUS with their website and customer service. just a question, not that I completely threw it out of the window or hate it

ASUS customer support is pretty bad tbh, but their cards have some of the best cooling and thermals. The new ASUS dual card has a bigger heatsink than the old one, so it probably has better cooling.

I personally like evga more becouse of there overclocking inside warrenty, and their looks. But it depends on personal taste, both have good cooling and will perform about the same

they made something sketchy with the 2070's. but as far as I know it's only cooling and maybe some other tweaks. depends on the price difference here

Why not just get a used 1080ti for ~$550?  A lot of them still have a warranty and will last for years.
