Opinions on CM MB500

BigPoopaPop

Can anyone give me their insight on the Cooler Master MB500? Its for around $70 at the moment. The build is going to be for a friend and I'm just making preliminary research on it and figure I'll ask here. The only thing we have going into the build so far is a R5 2600x with Asus prime x470 with stock cooler. Depending on the case pricing, we'll either buy an aftermarket cooler along with it, or just use stock and buy it later. We're not going to be overclocking it (yet), but wanted the potential for it later, so before people asked why we paired those up, I got it cheap and would have cost as much or just a little more than a non-x and b450 board.

Thanks!

MB500 is solid. There are few reviews out there specifically pertaining to this case, but overall other than the crappy PSU filter which is common on budget cases, It's a good case.

There's also the MB510L and MB511 I personally like. Again, rarely talked about or reviewed but IMO these look like good cases.

Thanks, appreciate the links. But she just discovered RGB, and saw the h500m lol. Had to explained to her that both had RGB fans.

The H500 is a cut down version of that case ($100), but keeps those big 200mm RGB fans (girls like options lol) I would recommend tha over the double priced H500M

I'm using one of those 200mm fans in my Corsair 380T

Oh no worries, she saw the price and immediately slapped me so we're meeting in the middle with the MB530P.
