Something that will last me 5 years. Something fast for school work and casual gaming/streaming. I don't really need that much storage I am willing to spend 1500 but I feel like you really can't get a much noticeable system without going in that 2000 range. IDK I feel like the one I am getting is ok. If you disagree then I encourage you to make one for me plz. Preferably something that is all black so it matches my RGB setup plz. ALSO, THIS IS IMPORTANT plz make the build in a popular case. A case that a lot of YouTubers do builds in plz. I am a noob and I need something that I can base my build off

Posted November 5, 2018 It's tough to say, with all the new interesting things going on in GPU technology and the race between AMD and Intel to make smaller transitors. While your most likely going to be safe on the GPU for the next 5 years on the GPU as long as you stay at 1440p or less, CPU technology could adavnced very quickly on the next year or two and its hard to say what will come to gaming as a result. Posted November 5, 2018 The case is probably the easiest thing to change in a build, and still build the PC easily lol. All cases are built for certain motherboard and PSU standards and will be much the same on the inside. In fact you could really build anything and follow just about any build guide from the past 5 years. But it looks good. You could look for a used 1080, they go for about the same price as the 1070 Ti you have listed. I know some people are wary about the used market with mining cards still out there, but I think the risk is minimal, especially if you know what you're looking for. Posted November 5, 2018 Looks great to me, I would only swap the TX550M to an RM550x instead, it's a nice upgrade IMO, although not necessary at all, I use this PSU myself. Posted November 5, 2018 Well, next march AMD are releasing their Zen 2 CPUs, you may want to upgrade your 2600 then since it seems promising. They’re compatible with current AM4 motherboards too. This would result in you not getting 144fps on games more likely than if you were to use an Intel processor(which I would discourage since they’re so expensive now). The IPC on Ryzen 3 is rumored to be improved significantly so if the rumors are true, replacing your 2600 next March could benefit your gaming experience a lot.
