Is my Xeon e5-2670 a massive bottleneck?

Hi there, GTX 1080 here, running 4k Overwatch Ultra full settings, does Xeon e5-2670 2.6ghz become a massive bottleneck? What can I do to reduce this massively disadvantageous situation?

It´s a 2011 socket CPU so try and find a higher clocking one or overclock it

Judging by the clock speed, yes, it's probably going to be a bottleneck... As said before, the solution would either be overclocking, although the potential improvements are limited and/or replacing your CPU... 

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D

welp, that E5 CPU can't be overclocked so that's a no-go.

i used to run my Titan X Pascal with a 2670 aswell, and in most games i played there where no bottlenecks, tough i never play fast paced, high framerate FPS's..
