What are these called? Extremely HOTTTTTT!!!!!

I bought a motherboard from China. Ran it for few minutes and I noticed that even running it in Bios menu. I could feel extremely hot air coming off my case.  So I opened my case and found out that these two are the problems. But I dont know what they are called.  I really want to know if there's way to measure temperature of these stuffs. Because it's even hotter than my  1080ti ichill x3 running at 100% with two broken fans. I couldnt touch it for more than half second. And I'm worried that it will one day will burn my entire system

They are VRM and the chipset heatsink. They can operate up to 120C if they are decent but that's the maximum. Too hot to touch probably means around 80C which is hot but fine

So there was a case here on the forum where some guy had problems with the VRM after year and a half, from high temperature. I don't want to scare you tho.

If the VRM radiator (1st picture) is very hot, I suggest you do not OC your CPU on that board to preserve motherboards' longevity.

Both of these should run 80C all the time (That board looks like Huanan X79 'Premium') so it's definitely too hard to touch under normal circumstances (unless you can cook without tools). You need things like a thermalcouple or thermometer to really determine their temperature.

I got goosebumps when I closed my case because it got hotter and hotter.

Ok try poinitng a fan at them and see if the temp changes. Because if the chipset and vrm are really 120-130c, then i would instantly remove my expensive cpus from that pos chinese( i have no info about the quality, so i have to assume the worst) board. 

maybe try a laser thermometer or a flir thermal imager to measure the temps of them

Can I run it 24/7? Because I planned to run it 24/7 for years but I didn't expect that this board would be this hot. I own Asus z10ped8ws and z10ped16ws and they are another story.

Cpus are dirt cheap too. about 200 bucks for a pair. I'm only worrying if this will turn my house on fire.
