Is the ram at full speed(3200mhz)?

Are the timings correct?

But yeah at 1080p the proccessor may bottleneck the gtx 1070ti a bit, but at 1440p the bottleneck is mostly gone.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

The firestrike and furmark scores do seem low, I can't compare the heaven benchmark because you ran a custom preset.

Here are what the averages are for that card:

Is your CPU overclocked at all? Because that low 3GHz base clock is probably part of the problem.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

I tried to enable XLR on my mobo but then I had multiple issues with blue screens due to memory and the 2nd time I enabled the real speed of the ram it just did not start because that was the time I also had OC'd my cpu to 3.8 OC.

All I did was change the high setting to ultra. I'll run it again when I get home.

I also contacted Asus to see if there way any further troubleshooting that could be done. I've already cleaned drivers with DDU and reset windows. Since this is the 2nd time I'd have to send it into them for repairs I'm going just going to ask fora  refund and go for a vega 64/1080

Apparently your RAM is running at 2133. If you set an unstable memory speed on Ryzen it goes back to default. Try setting it back to 3000 or 3200, and add some voltage if it doesn't stick.

  • 3 months later...

been having the same problems since installing geforce experience and just found a solution that turned my furmark score from 3407 to 5789

go to nvidia control panel manage 3d settings

look for maximum pre rendered frames and set it to 1

then scroll down find power management mode and set it to prefer maximum performance

then apply and see if that helps good luck
