Is a 240mm radiator enough for a gpu and cpu?

Yeah, I think it would make a big difference. Why don't you try with the 240mm rad first then add the 140mm rad if your temps are too high?

Is the Fractal celcius s24 (240mm rad aio) enough to cool both an overclock GTX 1080 and an Overclocked Ryzen 1700?  Not looking for any riciculously low temperatures, just 70c and lower.  I CAN add a 140mm rad to the loop, but in my case it would be a hassle.  Would that be worth it?

I think you'll be pretty toasty with just a single 240mm rad. I bet you'll get well over 80c under any kind of workload easily.

But yeah using EKWB's loop configurator they recommend a 240mm and 120mm rad for a system with an R7 1700 and a GTX 1080, no harm in trying just the 240mm rad first though.

I'm going to try just 240mm rad first because the expected temp with 2 240mm rads is 27c (though i'm sure this is at least slightly inaccurate)

Yeah, good call. And the real-world application can vary so much depending on where you live and what case and fans you are using etc.
