It's probably an automated system that goes through all the timestamps. There is no way that they hand-check every video to see if they are exactly in that time too

For everyone wondering about your 1 minute video displaying as 1:01 because of youtube's frame display, it should still count because last year's contestant that won (James) had his video display as 1:01 (as shown below). However, for all I know @CPotter could change this rule, although I highly doubt that because it doesn't display as 1:01 while you are watching the video.
