Who else is getting BF4 or has BF3?

M4XvPA1N

I was thinking about buying BF3 but it seems a bit stupid since BF4 is so close. But yeah the whole Origin client makes me a bit hesitant.

What actually is your problem with Origin? Everyone seems to be jumping on the hate wagon but I cannot see an actuall issue with it. It works well. Twitch streaming feature is cool but needs a tiny bit of work.

As I've understood there's limits on downloads and just it generally malfunctioning.

I've not used it myself but the general thing I hear about Origin is that it's bad. Also I don't want to have yet another service for games.

Definitely not a fan of Battlelog, but it hasn't failed on me, works well enough I guess.......so, basically no love or hatred for it. I'd definitely like to see BC3, loved playing as one of the motley section/unit, I'd love to find out what had happened to them since the end of BC2.

Since i have BF3 Premium, i'll see if i can run BF4 on max during the beta first. Looks difficult with only a 7950, might need to OC a little more

  • 1 month later...

I play on PC actually. I switched over about 3-4 months ago. BF4 has only released ONE, 1, trailer so it can't be overhyped. I will agree that it is overhyped when I see the ad on every website I go to. Until then, calm down, take a break, go for a walk for god's sake.

Not sure why you think I'm not calm, it's these people going crazy over it that really need to. I also don't know what you mean by "it can't be overhyped [because it only has 1 trailer]".

The Beta will probably be the worst case scenario. After it's released expect considerable improvements to performance.

Please keep in mind that EA doesn't make games, they only publish them.

EA owns DICE and most of the companies who's games they publish.

EA also controls the purse strings and gets the final say on direction and content of the game.

EA has a hard on for defeating COD, which is why we got dumbed down Battlefield and COD Youtuber's getting exclusive access to videos and interviews.
