I would say the rx560. It is the same speed, but has freesync and more vram.

Have a freesync compatible monitor. Rx 560 or gtx 1050 3gb? Gtx 1050 more expensive than the rx 560 about 10 dollar. Rx 560 provide freesync. I play csgo dota 2 most of the time.

Rx 560 :Msi rx560 ITX 1 fan 4gb 1024 stream processor

Gtx 1050 3gb: gigabyte 2 fan

RX 560. The 1050 3gb is faster, but on these low-end cards it's more important to have adaptive sync to eliminate [edit]screen tearing[/edit] than focusing on performance
