Can't get past boot screen (0xc000014c)

First time I've been slumped in a windows boot problem.

Pressed the power button by accident while on startup, after rebooting can't get past the error code screen.

Followed a guide involving bootrec in the command line, but whenever I typed "Bootrec /fixboot" give me nothing but access denied.

What can I do from here?

 

Hope someone can help me fix this problem

I've had similar problem where I restarted my pc while it was shutting down. Couldn't get past the bios. Clearing cmos fixed my problem.

tried spamming f8 and f12, I won't lead to the safe mode select screen it seems.

can you get into the windows logo screen? if you can, force shutdown during the windows logo 3 times. the pc should automatically go into a rapair mode. click advanced settings, then go to troubleshoot, advanced options, see more recovery options, then click restart, then click 4 or 5 depending on what you want...

if none of this works, backup the boot drive and re install windows 10. there is no opther option i see
