Best Laptop for $1200

What is the best possible laptop I can get for $1200? (Windows 10 Laptops only)

 

-Needs to be able to run Autodesk Inventor 2019 ~ https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-Autodesk-Inventor-2019.html

-Needs to have a USB-C port

-4k screen is prefered, but not mandatory

-Laptop needs to be thin & light

-4 cores or more

-Battery life does not matter

-NO HP laptops!

I'd battery life doesn't matter, consider Eluctronics Mech-15 G2 or CyberpowerPC Tracer III 15 Slim
