i5 8600K owers under stress

When using using prime95 under small FFT's (maximum heat, data fits in L2 cache, RAM not tested much), my temperature rises up to 85 degrees Celsius on average and my core speed on the cpu drops. My speed is usually 4.9GHz, but under the stress test it lowers to 3.8GHz. '

I switched to the blend test (tests some of everything, lots of RAM tested) and my core speed stayed 4.9GHz and celsius was lower on average, being around 75c. However the voltage raised from about 1.28 on the small FFT test to about 1.39 on the blend test. 

I have an i5 8600k and the CPU cooler Noctua NH-D14 set to full speed, along with four case fans set to full speed. 

Any suggestions?
