3200MHz is the sweetspot for Intel systems, so why would you need anything higher?

maybe for overclockers. I mean they try to get world records and i think everything above DDR4-4000 is binned.

If you're going for WR - RAM speed can make the ms difference that you need to hit the WR in benches like SuperPi.

Smash overcloocking records. They wont use that frequency though since they also need short timings, say 4133MHz CL12

infinity fabric is clocked by ram speed in ryzens so maybe designed for highest performing ryzen cpus
