My pc wont turn on with my new (not really) graphics card

Smiles4Miles

I got my dads asus en6600 silencer (A graphics card) and I installed the drivers for it. When I plug it in, my pc wont turn on. The fans spin, but nothing shows on the monitor. once i unplug it, and use integrated graphics, it works. Any help?

Do you plug in the cable to the motherboard or the graphics card?

That is one ancient card. You said it works when you plug your monitor into the motherboard output, but did you mean you took it out before plugging it into the motherboard?
