From what I know, he was fired over allegations that he had a relationship with another worker - violating one of their company policies.

The only difference between the two titles is the amount of click-bait (resulting in slightly varying stories as per norm).

A sudden resignation, where an interim CEO is required, ammounts to a company allowing a long-time, valued employee to resign in leau of having to fire him. Necessitating a resignation is only different from being fired by a minor degree of decorum.

 

TLDR, close enough.

Anyway, titles that end with question marks are cancer.

Yes - there is a great difference between the two if looked into; however, I meant to state that they're over the same topic - altered purposely to be more click-baitie.

In other terms, they "manipulated facts" to make it more click-batie - or whoever titled it didn't quite listen to what was going on.
