What are the minimum laptop specs I'm looking for if I want non stop smooth experience? (Kinda heavy? Web browsing and Adobe programs)

Im better off being asked questions but im looking for a PC that will constantly stay smooth in rather heavy web browsing and in Adobe programs (Mainly photoshop and Illustrator, if After Effects probably low usage)

the best to do is 16 gb with a i7. you could do with less, but you shouldn't

That would be expensive as hell and sounds like an overkill tho

you could go a little lower on the cpu side, but video and photo-editing is heavy
