HELP!! GTG vs MPRT response time

I was recently looking for some 2k, 144hz and 1ms display specs. I looked up to the response time and there was 2 different measure. GTG and MPRT

I made some research and find out that GTG mean: Gray To Gray and MPRT mean: Moving Picture Response Time.

My Question is the following one. What is the difference between both of them and what should I look for, a better MPRT or better GTG ?

There's little to no regulation on how GTG response times are measured so it's pretty much a bull spec and should be ignored outside of in-depth monitor reviews, benchmarks, and tests.

You can see MPRT compared to GTG here: https://www.testufo.com/gtg-vs-mprt
