Need Help Please Ethernet only pc and need wirless!

My motherboard is prime h370-a its only internet source is ethernet but I put the pc on the other side of the hose than the modem because it cant fit there so cant a table. Do you guys know any ways I can get wireless through like a card or something? I found these PCI-E cards but it says it improves not gives. Can you tell me if that's true? Thx for all the support

Get a long ethernet cable, wireless sucks.

I have had very good luck with one of these from TP link. Also very cheap and easy to use

So you guys are saying usb and cards do give me internet even if my motherboard doesn't come with it?
