PC crashes and reboots

Hey,

 

my system keeps randomly freezing and rebooting. First it just froze and i had to restart it myself, then after i didnt find any fix for that i just kept a video on loop runing at all times in the background.
Like this it didn't happen again for a few days but now it crashes and reboots randomly like before. 

I already checked every drivers and power options..

I also did a CPU and GPU stress test for half an hour in wish i did not happen.

Spec's

Mainboard:  Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H-CF

CPU:            Ryzen 5 1600X

GPU:            Gigabyte GTX 1070

RAM:            8GB G-Skill (one stick)

PSU:             630 Watt be quiet!

I did run it on OC Mode a short time, but in that time it never happend

Try clearing the Cmos, this will remove any change done to the BIOS.

 

Look in owner manual for the way to do it.
