Making the windows in Windows an image (The wording on this is really awkward)

So is there a way in Windows 10 to personalize the program windows accent colors a bit more, kinda like how it was done in windows XP and such? Primarily is there a way to make it so as opposed to an accent color bar at the top of the window, it is an image instead, kinda like chrome themes but better in a way?

Nope, sadly not. Windows 10 is about as customizable as the Model T Ford. "You can pick any color you like, as long as it's black"

Damn, I really wanna make this laptop feel like my own, looks like I gotta find more shtuff to customize. Thanks though!

You'll have to look for third party software to mod the looks further. These will usually break once MS pushes another build every 6 months, so keep that in mind.

You can probably find ways to modify the registry but imo it wouldn't be worth it.
