Install the graphics driver.

Are you sure? Send us a screenshot of your resolution options and a screenshot of device manager with the graphics card section expanded.

 

Do you have an external monitor connected? Does the display section in device manager list a Generic non-pnp display?

Windows key + R

devmgmt.msc

Display Adapters

Right click the display adapter

Click Properties

Update Drivers

Search for drivers

Done.
