Probably a good idea before housing prices go through the roof there. It's only a matter of time before people see the revitalization, and given it's close proximity to water and shorefront, land prices are going to skyrocket there a lot faster than say East Vancouver.

The only bad part is downtown by the bars. At night it's sketchy AF. Gentrification won't take long though.

Essentially leadership/ambassador roles (at least for non-profit organizations) are often obtained through recommendations rather than applications.

When there are moderator positions available, they will announce it and will start taking applications.

Last time, there was a 3000 post minimum as well as having to be being +18/yrs old.
