Cheap/ Free VPN through Russia (US -> Russia)

TL;DR-

Operating System: Windows 10

Budget: $0-$10 one time fee

My country: United States

Tunnel/ Country needed: Russia

GUI preference: Yes

 

Hello my beautiful fellow members! I'm looking for a VPN to make my traffic appear as though it's from Russia- I tried looking around for something and Tunnelbear nor Private Internet Access, the two big ones around, offer tunneling through there; and my attempts to find any others have yielded me VPNs for users in Russia, not for services that help me appear as though from Russia which is what I need. If you've had or know of any VPN providers that allow you to appear as though you're from Russia; please let me know. Thanks!

A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

 

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

 

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

 

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

Well since Russia banned VPNs a while back (not sure if it still is) I doubt any company is going to have a server in the country for you to route through. Also free to cheap VPNs are scary places full of spying.

You can also try betternet and express vpn. Betternet’s Free sucks after like 2 days. Connects to random servers in free as well to places like the Middle East and western USA mainland.
