Help on buying parts

So I want to upgrade my old PC, I was thinking of buying MSI gt1030 2gb lp oc ddr5 graphics card and it says PCI Express 3.0 x16 (uses x4) will it fit in my motherboard the P8H61-M LX3 Plus that has   1 x PCIe 2.0 x16  and will my Intel Pentium G620 bottleneck? what if I buy a ram with 1600Mhz will it still work on a motherboard that only supports 2 x DIMM, Max. 16GB, DDR3 1333/1066 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory will it still work??

I really can't afford expensive cards right now and I'm from south-east Asia buying second-hand GPU/CPU is kinda risky and sorry for my English.

PCIE is backwards compatible.

What I'm concerned about is your PSU... can you tell me the model?

Your CPU is terrible, I would highly suggest you save up for an R3 2200G system, which will give you a better CPU with the same GPU performance.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

yeah for 50$ it's a pretty good CPU and will hold anything up to a 1060 3gig imo.

Likely worth shooting for an i7 of some kind just to get those extra threads if you're going to be using the machine for a while.
