Serves them right. Releasing a ridiculously buggy game just to beat COD to the market is just lame. I haven't bought BF4 yet and most likely wont be no matter how much I like the series.

It's not that simple, if a company floats a massive product coming that everyone assumes will sell in huge amounts, the stock price will rise. If the company knew the product was a dud or poorly engineered, and knowingly allowed the product to proceed to market, then the price will flop and they will make a profit on the share sell/buy. The suit alleges insider trading

OH NO IT HAS BUGS and EA said the game is awesome n stuff? OH NO THEY NEED TO BE SUED! OMG NOT. Every game has bugs. All gamers should know this. They get fixed (hopefully but for big games like bf4 it's usually yes). These guys r just trying to screw over a company and maybe get some cash out of it. In reality, doesn't every company say their game is amazing and will always say they have few or no bugs? Every company should be sued then.

 

Though, EA does make some stupid things sometimes. Not our fav company.
