So, I'm trying to install bios for my pc but the newest version is for Windows 8.1 and I'm running WIndows 10. Can I still install the bios?

Bios is not operating system related for the most part. You should be fine.

Not all related. It only means there are some extra features to support OS. But nothing to make any real difference.
