Even though you can never be 100% absolutely sure, it's most likely a scam and you'll likely never receive any product or a brick out of courtesy.

Especially the last pictures you showed. Since when does T Mobile sell GPUs?

They do not sell anything computer / graphics card related.

 

Clearly, this person just found a random address online.
