Asrock x399 Tai Chi WiFi not working
I have windows 10 installed.
I never used wifi on desktop pc but now i need to use it.
When i unplug LAN cable i see this this icon on bottom left corner:

When i go to "Start" >> "Control Panel" >> "Network and Internet" >> "Network and Sharing Center" >> "Change advanced sharing settings" >> I have "Turn on network discovery" enabled.

As far as i know i should get available WiFi connections visible when i clikc on the WiFi icon on bottom right corner.
Tho i have not installed any special drivers or software regarding the MB.

Is it an Intel Wireless Adapter? There's a known issue with the drivers that I think assumes you have an intel CPU, so you have to make a correction there

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Make a Thread on the Level 1 Forums with the title, something like that, the issue is with the driver if I'm not mistaken

Your problem seems to be exactly the same as mine (I just got a new ASRock X399 motherboard).

One of these two actions, or both, may solve your problem. Download and install the ASRock WiFi Connector Utility form the Asus website. Reboot and select "On" from the little antenna looking thing that appears in the system tray (this software seems to act as a mechanical button does on a laptop.)

Download and install the Intel Wireless Proset Utility (or some similar name) for the Intel AC 3168 chip on a 64 bit Windows 10 machine (at least these are the specs on my machine. Get this at the Intel website.

Doing these two things fixed my problem.

Good luck,

Got it working.
Had to re-install the utility.
Some how it was buggy before but now works as intended.

There is a simpler solution. Go to bios, change the wifi from auto to enabled!

I'm having the same problem with mine. No wifi and no bluetooth. I can't seem to install or find the wifi utility connector too. I've tried everything, downloaded all the drivers, reinstalled windows, turned it on and off in the BIOS.. nothing works.
Can someone give me a link or installer for the wifi connector utility?

Had to do a lot of searching for my solution to this issue; exact same symptoms that OP reported and documented on his video. ASRock WiFi Connector Utility does not seem to be available anymore,  so I could not go that route.

In my case the WAN was set to "Auto", which seemed to not work right within Windows 10. Switching it from auto to "Enabled" solved the issue for me. Reference this video for where to find the location for the WAN setting within the BIOS.
