I am currently in college for my AS Degree in Network Systems Engineering Technology, and we use UCertify. During the exam this question was asked, and it states that A/V related content is less Processor demanding than using Graphic Design applications such as Photoshop or Illustrator. Now I'm a Video Editor myself, and I can say for a fact that this is definitely wrong, but I wanted to expand out and start asking people what they thought of this? Do you think that any of these are truly wrong? I always thought that A/V and Graphics Design Workstations were one of the same.

CPU enhancement.....

I have seen after effects kill i5 and if i used blender I know it will kill my R9 270

Videos are different from graphics design, though video consumes a LOT more resources in comparison since it's many pictures shown in a particular order very quickly.

 

I'd rather say 'Gaming PC' is the correct answer. Many MMOs only need a usable CPU to run well while other PCs need a strong CPU to work well.

you can do graphics design on a Pentium D (I wouldn't recommend) all the rest need a decent amount of power. \
