Should I get an RX 580 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB

As the question says, RX 580 or GTX 1060. Right now I can only afford the 1060, I need to wait 2 months to afford an RX 580. Is thst worth it though. I only want RX 580 for my Freesync monitor, whats your opinion on that?

The GTX 980 is on pair with those and is likely to be cheaper

You'd best be going used... as STUPID as it sounds, but so is thet current state of the graphics card at the moment (it's bollocks... 1080Ti strix here is 200$+ more than ever)

If you can get ahold of one, get the RX 580. Freesync is really nice. ONLY IF ITS NOT ABSURDLY PRICED, however.

I'd pick the RX580, considering you have a Freesync monitor and that the card is the better performer.
