Skylake is probably my favorite codename. I don't think anyone outside of Intel knows how they come up with these haha.

 

Ivy Bridge was also a good name.

Nehalem and Tylersburg sounded pretty badass, i renamed my rig from Diesel to Nehalem recently, since it has an X58 mobo on it.

Ivy Bridge is actually named after a bridge. Not a big one, but a small one you'd expect to find in a scenic village. Somewhere in Europe if I remember correctly.
