Put my HD 6950 in my Ryzen build for ULTIMATE AMDness and put my 560 ti in my FX 6300 build or leave it as is?

560 Ti is around the performance of a 750 Ti, I wouldn't call it irrelevant with the market we have right now. The 6950 should be around the same performance, maybe a bit higher. Back when they launched the 6950 was a bit higher priced.

It's just a general use PC for gaming, editing, photoshop, etc. I don't need the extra gpu horsepower rn so it's a great alternative for saving money. I knew I should've put in the ironic choice "oH No YoU sHoULd BuY 1980 Ti sKruB"

 

Edit: I used to have a R5 1600 just like you with an R9 290 before I got a great deal on my 1700 and sold the 1600 and R9 290.

I can actually play BF4 on high/med settings at 2560 x 1080, but I usually play CSGO, Fortnite, and Overwatch.

How far should I OC it? It's the windforce card so it is already OCd to 870mhz.

Mod the BIOS and flash it to a 6970. This would give you significantly better performance compared to the 560TI.

I don't know-never overclocked anything AMD except my old laptop's Mobility Radeon HD5650 (I overclocked it to match a MR HD5770).
