if you just want to get rid of the sound you can just disable windows sounds.

What is your laptop ? Brand, Model, ...

You may need to install a whole lot of drivers from the manufacturer support website.

It's old hp 6910p, the point that I fresh installed win7, is that I wanted to switch from 32bit to 64bit. On 32bit win7 I did not have installed any drivers from hp manufacture, and there wasn't  any noises.

Then has he said, check your device manager, maybe send a screenshot here. May be an incompatibility with some hardware and the 64bit windows.

Here is a driver list : http://laptop-driver.blogspot.fr/2014/12/hp-compaq-6910p-windows-xpvista7-drivers.html

it's probably a missing driver. go into device manager and see if you spot any yellow triangles. those indicate a missing driver.

If your device manager act like this it's because one or more of your hardware isn't properly installed. I higly recommend installing the Intel Chipset has it's known to fix loads of hardware base issue.

After that if the problem still persist you may spend some time searching the specific hardware...

The drivers device manager is automatically installing probably have compatibility issues. Since you're not manually installing them, you're not getting to pick between 64 bit and 32 bit yourself like you would if you downloaded them.

Take everyone's advice and try that.

Also, if you have a processor that's 32 bit, you can't just install a 64 bit version of windows and expect it to work. It's not just the OS that matters for that, but the hardware.
