Compatible, but pretty bad value. 

Don't get Kaby, especially not the 7600K. The 8400 will be better for gaming, and will cost less. 

Drop the silly AiO, get a decent air cooler instead. It will cool just as well, be quieter, more reliable and cost less.

Don't get 4GB sticks of RAM. I think there's a 2x 8GB 3000MHz Hynix Team Dark kit for $170. 

Change their SSD to the MX300 or 850 Evo.

With a >$1000 budget, you should get a 1070 at least. 

Not a very good PSU for the price. Lots of cheaper and better PSUs.

Or if you're willing to go for a less beefier cooler and slightly downgraded motherboard, you can throw in a 1070. The cooler and motherboard will still be fine, thermals may go up just a bit but there won't be thermal throttling still.
