back in august they dropped the support at least for single player campaign, an amazing 5 months after release. Died in version 1.10 :D

Wow, all right then. Not worth even in discount...

I might buy it. After browsing through the nexus mods, everyone doesn't look ugly anymore.

I didn't know about the mods, but honestly as it is now it's not bad. The only thing keeping me from playing it is that it's just hasn't reached that Mass Effect level for me yet.

Sooo, it has been quite a while since the game released and it had many issues. How is it now after many months passed since the release? Was technical side of the game mostly patched?

si ive been playing it for few days technically its fine . by the way if you just get origin access for 5 $ you get this game too thats how i am playing it so its not a bad deal. Graphically great . i am still early on a game so i dont know if game is broken but i have not encountered anything bad yet.

Im currently playing it, got the 1.09 build and i have still many issues, bad performance, had to go on Medium settings to get playble fps, plus some graphical glitches like weird skybox above me on Eos, weird lighting bugs in Kett generator bases, items floating in air. Also cursor gets stuck on screen all the time when exiting menus, theres still characters getting sucked into walls, their feet stucking in ground textures, underwater isnt rendered which you notice when running thru it when panning camera all the way down, not game breakers but annoying immersion breakers for sure. Some minor questing issues aswell can pop up. They just rushed it out and never finished it.

Tho im still gonna try to finsh it as much as i can. Combat on Hardcore is very challeging and satisfying. Cant even imagine how's its on Insanity.

I finished it for a second time last month. 200 plus hours. I'm massive Mass Effect fan so I maybe view it with a bit of a bias.

It's part of Origin access now btw, not sure how much 1 month is in your country but if your in the UK it's £3.99 a month and there are some good games available on it so it's worth a punt?

As for ME:A it's not the best optimised game, 1080ti can't maintain 1440p/60 with the graphics maxed out but turn a few things down (ambient occlusion, shadows, post processing) and it looks very good and runs well. As for the core game. It's a bit grindy, there are too many go to a then b, then c, than back to b, back to a, back to c then finally back to a quests, but thankfully they are all optional. The story isn't as good as any of the OT but there are few excellent quests / side missions. Drack is my favourite character and his story arc is good fun. Over all I enjoyed it but I am still waiting for a true  ME3 sequal.

I would break it down as follows

Graphics - 8.5/10 - looks amazing but not the best performer, could do with some more optimisation. GPU usage can go from 20% to 80%

Game Play - 8.5/10 - the combat is fantastic and when missions are good they are very good, this is bioware we are taking about! But there are more misses than you would expect for a bioware game. When it's bad it's.....aweful!

Story - 7/10 - there is a stunning 30 hour game hidden on this 70+ hour game. They made it big for the sake of it and you can tell, some missions are badly written or designed, it's good but not bioware good.

Over all - 7.5/10 for most 8.5/10 for ME lovers.

I enjoyed it and many others have but some have hated it. If you can get it Origin access, if you enjoy the first 10 hours you will enjoy this game and it's 70+ campaign.

Do you have any issues trying to get mods to run? I tried to get some mods for mirror's edge catalyst to work and that was a pain in the ass. I later found that some mods flat out down work on windows 10

I don't have a lot of games modded but my skyrim, watchdogs and GTA 5 run fine.

The toxic modern trend of trying to make everything bigger and more open world, sacrificing a well paced narrative.
