"Hidden files" on SSD/Hard drive taking up massive space

Alright, see how my Local disk (C:) says there 122gb of space left - https://gyazo.com/7dec81113e2b248f9f90d9b77b80d234 and see how on add and remove programs there only maybe 100bg's being shown on the disk https://gyazo.com/9ba050ba81e66790abe69e3a8ddd7c71 (its a much bigger list but everything below is way less then 1gb), One other issue, Diablo 3 says its installed on here but it in fact is not, there are no files anywhere on my ssd that show that diablo 3 is installed but windows 10 is saying that it is and its 61.2gbs.... now on top of that (i have an ssd and a Hard drive) when i go to all drives as you see here -https://gyazo.com/0880a94f1ced6c963638696197179bf6

every game in that list is not installed on this PC and hasent been for a long time, other then Divinity 2, on top of that, i have about 8-10 games thats are installed that do NOT show up as installed games.

So does anyone have any idea whats going on, how to delete these "invisible files" how to see whats taking up 180-250gbs that are not listed. idk whats going on and its really bothering me, please help.

PS- I cannot factory reset or wipe my drives due to my work.

Click on the biggest blocks at the bottom and see to which files those blocks belong to, and if it's some trash you know what to remove.
