Well, should rephrase. It's not available in Canada. I'm guessing it's available wherever spotify is currently available.

This only works for tablets, not phones for some reason. They did come out with the Spotify Shuffle thing which is free for everyone. (Think Pandora but with more control over what you listen to)

Yup. It's not available, and hasn't been for a while now. Google play music (cloud storage for music, not All access) is supposed to be available too, but people are still having issues accessing it in Canada.

It is a music service. The free version allows people to stream music for free with adds. The premium version allows people to download the music for offline listening and does not feature adds and it is monthly subscription. To this point the mobile version was only avaible to the premium members.

so i guess it s time to use a vpn to get spotify in canada.
