anybody else having issues searching video in google then clicking tools

so in short it seems google search had some stupid update and now tool bar in video search is broken in windows version.i tried multiple browsers with default settings.

i cant select search videos then i want is display resluts from only last 24h,last week or 30 days only or if i want search video longer 20+ minutes only.

anybody else having this issue?android dont have this issue atm and i can open toolbar just fine.
