Bios and HWMonitor show different voltages

I set my voltage in my bios to 1.375v. After rebooting it, my bios was measuring it to around 1.37-1.39. When I check in HWMonitor, it said it was 1.33v. Should I trust hardware monitor more than my bios, or vice versa?

Probably the BIOS.

It might be lower in Windows and HWMonitor reporting if Intel speedstep is enabled.

Try HWiNFO and see what results that brings you.

When the PC is acting up haunted,

who ya gonna call?
"Monotone voice" : A local computer store.

id trust more bios since its part of hardware

Sorry, this is a bit late, but I was looking around on other forums and people said they might both be right. Apparently, the bios will often have higher voltage because it is trying to make sure the cpu will boot in any condition. Do you know if this is true?
