Cost of electricity times power draw in kWh.

Take that number and multiply by 24 and then by 30

i think it is wrong because the number is really high

1000 watts = 1 kW

Your answer is way off because you converted watts directly into kW

Need to divide the second answer by 1000 before moving on.

What exactly are you trying to calculate? Your overall electricity bill or the bill for running your PC at max power 8h a day? Your fridge, lights, tv, your washing mashine, potentially dish washer etc. all draw power and some of it constantly. 500W for 8h a day is at best (!) a very rough guess for your PC but that's it. A rough guess since your system rarely runs on max power.

You usually have an electricity counter. That thing gives you a number of kWh consumed since it was installed. When you moved in the count of that time should have been written down. Get your current count, substract the old count and divide it by the number of days it was running. If you don't have that number just get the current count today and let's say in a week. That gives you an idea of your weekly consumption. Since power consumption might vary during seasons (thing of air conditioning and maybe even heating if you have crappy electrical heating).

FYI, there are 365 days per year, not 360 (technically it's 365.25 days per solar rotation, but that's why we have Leap Years).
